These are the poignant images that will feature in a new book and a nationwide exhibition that 'celebrate the many faces of modern Britain'. They are all winning and shortlisted entries in 'Portrait of Britain' - an exhibition where portrait photos are displayed on screens in shopping centres, railway stations and on high streets all over the UK. The exhibition, now in its fifth year, is run by the British Journal of Photography and 1854 Media. Scroll through to see some of the intriguing winning and shortlisted images... Our Yorkshire Farm's Amanda Owens has revealed her good looks are down to 'fakery' and 'wearing big underwear'. The mother-of-nine, 45,  who runs the 2,000-acre tenant farm in Upper Swaledale with her husband Clive, 65, appeared on This Morning today where she revealed how she stays effortlessly composed and always looks good even when doing less than glamorous tasks.  When complimented on her looks by host Ruth Langsford, Amanda said it was down  to 'fakery, and big underwear'. 'Every day is a workout here, I'm always chasing after sheep or children,' she added. It comes after the series finale of the ratings smash hit Our Yorkshire Farm aired on Tuesday, which saw eldest daughter Raven return from university to spend lockdown with her family and help look after her eight siblings. More than four million motorists could be at risk of driving illegally and being stung with £1,000 fines this autumn because their MOT certificate has expired and they can't get a test in time. A flood of car owners are expected to inundate garages to make bookings from the end of next month as those who opted to take the Government's six-month coronavirus test extension are due to have their vehicles checked.   The exemption - which was introduced on 30 March and came to an end on 1 August - has caused a dramatic rise in the number of motors needed a new MOT certificate in the next three months.     Kwik Fit says 11.3million cars have expiring MOT certificates in September, October and November  - but there will not be enough bookings to go around. The victim, a man in his mid-20s, had arranged to meet a group of men in Athlone Close, Hackney, on Tuesday evening to sell the vehicle. Good Morning Britain viewers were outraged when a weather reporter was nearly blown away during an 'unsurvivable' hurricane on Thursday. NBC News reporter Jay Gray was speaking to hosts Sean Fletcher and Ranvir Singh about the conditions in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The Category 4 Hurricane Laura has 150mph winds and is battering the south east, with residents being told to evacuate.  Dangerous: Good Morning Britain viewers were outraged when a weather reporter was nearly blown away during an 'unsurvivable' hurricane on Thursday.
